By accessing our website (msu.agency), booking consultations, or executing a proposal or statement of work with MSU Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and applicable master services agreements.
2. Agency Services & Sprints
MSU Agency delivers full-stack web platforms, mobile applications, AI systems, automation architecture, and productized engineering sprints.
- Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual sprint contracts or Statements of Work (SOW).
- Changes to agreed scope require written confirmation or formal change requests.
3. Payment Terms & Milestones
Consultation bookings, productized sprints, and custom development contracts are subject to agreed payment milestones. Invoices are payable upon receipt or as specified in project contracts. Deliverables are transferred upon completion of payment.
4. Limitation of Liability
MSU Agency provides engineering and consulting services using industry best practices. In no event shall MSU Agency be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid by the client under the relevant project contract.
